You retain ownership of all business data you provide to Quickflo.
By using the Services, you grant Quickflo permission to:

Use aggregated and anonymized data for analytics, insights, and platform improvement
Quickflo will handle data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
6. Third-Party Services
Quickflo may integrate with third-party platforms such as marketplaces, payment providers, logistics partners, analytics tools, or APIs.

Does not control third-party services
Is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or actions
Is not liable for losses caused by third-party failures or changes

Pricing
Technical documentation
Business processes
This obligation survives termination of your account.
10. Termination
Quickflo may suspend or terminate your access:
If you violate these Terms
If required by law
If continued use poses risk to the platform or other users
You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, certain obligations (including confidentiality and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Quickflo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
Data insights will be accurate or complete
The platform will meet all business requirements
Use of the Services is at your own risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Quickflo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Delays, inaccuracies, or service interruptions
Quickflo’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Quickflo in the preceding six months.
